How do I cancel my membership?

Learn how to cancel your Female Invest membership, whether you signed up on the website or in the app.

Cancel a Membership Purchased on the Website

You can cancel your membership at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Please note that you cannot cancel inside the app itself.

  1. Log in at femaleinvest.com.

  2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner.

  3. Select Billing.

  4. Under Manage membership, click Cancel membership.

  5. Follow the steps to complete your cancellation.

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete. The cancellation only takes effect once you have received confirmation from Female Invest, so contact us if you do not receive it.

Important: The membership must be cancelled no later than the day before the renewal date.

Cancel a Membership Purchased through Apple Store or Google Play

If you purchased your membership through the app, the cancellation is handled by Apple or Google, not by Female Invest.

  • Apple Store: For subscriptions purchased through Apple Store, please follow the instructions here.

  • Google Play: For subscriptions purchased through the Google Store, please follow the instructions here.
