Understanding the Automatic Renewal

At Female Invest, we aim to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to our financial education resources. To ensure this, all our memberships are set up to renew automatically.

This article will help you understand the automatic renewal process and what it means for your membership.

Our Policy on Automatic Renewal

  • Renewal Process: Your membership will automatically renew at the end of the current membership period if not cancelled beforehand. This ensures that you have continuous access to all our resources and learning material without any interruption.

  • Mention in our Terms of Service: The automatic renewal policy is explicitly mentioned in our Terms of Service and during the sign up process. We encourage all our members to review these terms to understand the membership renewal process fully.

Why Automatic Renewal?

  • Uninterrupted Access: the automatic renewal of the membership ensures you do not miss out on any content, webinars, or community discussions due to a lapse in your membership.

  • Convenience: The automatic renewal means one less thing for you to worry about. You will not have to manually renew your membership to continue enjoying our services and learning material.

What About Refunds?

As per our Terms of Service, we generally do not offer refunds for renewed memberships.

Tip: To avoid unexpected renewals, we recommend keeping track of your membership end date. You can find this information in your account settings.


Manage Your Membership

If you wish to prevent automatic renewal, you can cancel your membership at any time before the renewal date - and you will of course still have access to your membership for the remaining period. Here is how you cancel your membership:

  • Accessing Account Settings: Go to your account settings on the Female Invest platform on the web app.

  • Cancelling Membership: Follow the steps shown below to cancel your subscription.
