Why was my membership renewed?

All Female Invest memberships renew automatically at the end of each membership period, unless the membership is cancelled before the renewal date. If you have been charged for a new period, it is because your membership was still active when the renewal date arrived.

The automatic renewal is explained during sign-up and in the confirmation email you receive when you join. It is also explicitly stated in our Terms of Service, which you accept when you sign up.

As stated in our Terms of Service, once a membership is renewed, it is non-refundable, and by signing up for a membership, you have given your consent to waive the right of cancellation.

If your membership has already renewed, you can still cancel the membership to stop future renewals. You will keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first membership period with Female Invest, and therefore does not cover renewals.

If you wish to prevent automatic renewal, you can cancel the membership at any time before your renewal date, and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to Cancel Your Membership

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete. The cancellation only takes effect once you have received a confirmation from Female Invest, so if you do not receive it, please contact us.

Important: The membership must be cancelled no later than the day before the renewal date to avoid it renewing automatically.

Tip: You can find your renewal date under Billing in your account settings. Adding a calendar reminder a few days before makes it easy to decide in time.
