Steps for Returning Goods
Customer Notification: First, notify Female Invest of your intention to return the goods using the chat feature on our website (pink circle at the bottom right corner).
Female Invest Confirmation: We will confirm your return and inform you that you are responsible for the costs related to returning the goods.
Customer Ships: Purchase shipment for the products and send them to the appropriate return address (details below).
Customer Confirms Shipment: Inform Female Invest of the shipment and provide proof of return, either through a receipt or a tracking number.
Item Inspection: Upon receipt, Female Invest will inspect the condition of the items.
Process Refund: Based on the condition of the goods, we will process and issue your refund.

Refund Details
Refund Method: The refund is issued to the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Partial Returns: For partial returns, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned goods. Delivery costs are not refunded for partial returns.
Value Reduction: If the goods' value is significantly reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, properties, and functionality, we will deduct an amount corresponding to the value reduction from your refund.
